To kefali | A performance in Corfu/24-26 April / 21:00-Polytechno Corfu

A performance freely inspired by Lina Rokou’s book “Wrong Head.”

When was the last time the earth swallowed you up?
For me, it was a vacuum cleaner.

A performance that traces a journey toward lightness and the multidimensional nature of the self—exploring the experiences that have shaped us, with or without our consent. An exercise in observation that gradually unfolds into a choreography of recognition.
Each of us contains an entire universe, because “the self is nothing but a collection of other selves.”

The festival directors, Annabel Louvros and Alex Preston, are honored to invite you to the ninth Corfu Literary
Festival from Monday 21 to Sunday 27 September 2026.
Corfu inspires the arts in all their forms and lives through its ethos of hospitality. In September, the island is awash with wildflowers and sunshine, and we can’t imagine a better place to come together to celebrate the arts, be inspired by conversation and enjoy wonderful company on an enchanted island. We are delighted to welcome exceptional speakers, writers, literary figures and thinkers, Greeks and Philhellenes, to talk about literature, nature, history and politics, all in some of the island’s most beautiful venues.
